They need to have enough light to make it safe to pump gas & safe from ones that want your money. they have this at ALL of their other gas stations & I don't see a problem. Go to any ATM & see how many lights there are? There's a reason for that too. Looks like the people that put the iordinance in are OK with it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7240704847620786146.post-6631996853370275862011-02-21T09:20:54.557-05:002011-02-21T09:20:54.557-05:00I may be overlooking something, and I'm agains...I may be overlooking something, and I'm against unnecessary over-blaring lights, but where in West Asheville on Smokey Park Highway is there an Ingles with a gas station? All of the Ingles I can find in West Asheville are just stores. The only ones I can locate with gas stations are on Tunnel Road (East Asheville), Hendersonville Road (South Asheville), Long Shoals Road (technically Arden), and Weaver Road (Weaverville) [top 4 results from Ingles' website, 50 mile radius of 28806]. Which specific Ingles (address, store number, etc) does this ordinance pertain to if it is in West Asheville?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7240704847620786146.post-58415544737887347542011-02-21T08:21:32.018-05:002011-02-21T08:21:32.018-05:00More lights! Why must there always be someone or some company who feels they don't have to follow the rules? *sigh* Then, once one company/person is granted permission to ignore, more will follow- so what's the point of having ordinances if they are allowed to be ignored?Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00792889598867282737noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7240704847620786146.post-46597894058724995462011-02-19T13:59:16.169-05:002011-02-19T13:59:16.169-05:00Anonymous - don't know why it wouldn't wor...Anonymous - don't know why it wouldn't work.
