Sheriff Van Duncan has scheduled a series of 'Meet the Sheriff' meetings that will give you the opportunity to Meet your Sheriff, and get these and other questions answered. Representatives from numerous divisions of the Sheriff's Office will be available - able to answer your questions and let you know what is going on in your Sheriff's Office. Please make plans to join us when we travel to your neighborhood.

One highlight of these meetings will be the introduction of the new interactive Buncombe County Sheriff's Office website which has user friendly features that allow the public to search crime statistics in their neighborhoods, look up current jail inmates and get real time information on department operations.
