People wait in line to pay for parking in Downtown Asheville near the head of Biltmore Avenue on this beautiful, windy fall afternoon. Some of these people are here for the Asheville Film Festival, some for the double decker bus coffee shop, some to walk and browse the shops, some to eat at Doc Cheys, and some to eat at Mamacitas. There is just so much stuff that you can do within 10 minutes walking distance from this point.
