Ananda Hair Studio in Asheville North Carolina
I stopped by Ananda Hair Studio in Asheville North Carolina with the Flip Video Camera and started shooting away, no notice, just on the spot action. As usual, the gang was cutting hair and styling like pros. This is one of the top hair studios in Asheville owned and operated by Larry himself (top photo), and is a favorite of many of my friends. Stop by and check it out sometime. He has a few great offers for first timers, repeat clients, etc. On the walls of the studio you will see some paintings and artwork from local Asheville Artists as well.

18 Month Old Drummer from Asheville North Carolina
What I liked most about "Max" is that he carefully schemed the scene, waited for the band to take a break, climbed up on the seat, and started drumming away. It wasn't but 30 seconds and he had the crowd cheering. His mom was like "should I get him down?". I pulled out the Flip HD Cam and said "NO!". Great time at Phil Mechanic Studios in Asheville. I just call it Art Heaven with many levels and rooms of Art. See Video of Max playing the drums on www.YouTube.com/AskAsheville

PUSH Asheville Fashion - Next Friday - Asheville Fashion Show by Sonia Lida K. Hendrix

PUSH Asheville Fashion show coming up this next Friday March 27, 2009 at "The Garage at Biltmore". Here are some photos that were taken recently at "Hip Replacements" which is one of the 12 clothing boutiques and shops that are involved in this great event. I hear that Afromotive is going to be there as one of the bands, Miss North Carolina 2008 Melissa Chambers will be on the Runway, and so many more great people... you will want to be there! Thank you to Mountain Xpress for their article and also to Scott Lessing for his great photography. This event will also show you (male or female) how to dress cool, hot... and classy without burning a hole in your pocket. Affordable style. Yes!Posted by askasheville at 11:16 PM 0 comments
