The organization presenting the seminar is the National Center For Constitutional Studies (NCCS). It's the same organization that publishes the Five Thousand Year Leap, and the Real book series on the founders as is seen on the front page of the 9-12 Project Asheville.

(QUOTE FROM NCCS SITE) "Each person should have a Study Guide that can be purchased at the seminar. To cover this cost we recommend charging $10.00 per person for the Study Guide's and committing at least 50 people to attend."
