Obama Launches New Website For The People

Throughout his entire campaign Barack has used the online world to his advantage why would he stop now. I could not think of a better way to interact and communicate with Americans then the internet. We can have our voices heard at Change.gov

Within 24 hours of his landslide election the Obama campaign launched the website promising "your source for the latest news, events and announcements so that you can follow the setting up of the Obama administration." The site features a blog, a news room, and a count down to the January 20th inauguration. They want to hear your thoughts, stories of the election, ideas for the Obama Presidency, questions you may have for the President-Elect, and you can even apply for a job.

Obama has also mentioned that he'll have a five-day online comment period before signing any nonemergency legislation, so Americans can be part of the process and actually give their opinions to someone who will listen.

No President has ever offered the real Amercian citizens... You and Me a chance to be heard. I have such a great feeling about the next 4 years, check out Change.gov and get involved in our country.
