Accident in Asheville - I-26, I-40, I-240 Intersection

Quick video I took about 1 1/2 hours ago on I-240 where 40 and 26 come into it in West Asheville. I am on the side headed to Downtown Asheville North Carolina (Beginning of I-240 East)
