The authors of The 100 Best Business Books of All Time , Jack Covert and Todd Sattersten, of "800-CEO-READ" found five collective meta-themes in the 100 books they selected: (1) Find a clear purpose; (2) Be aware that past experience and a mass of information can interfere with wise decisions; (3) Maintain a bias toward action; (4) Be open to change and (5) Seek feedback. Todd Sattersten is going to be at the WriteMind Institute for Corporate Contemplation, located at 84 North Lexington Avenue in downtown Asheville, NC to discuss these meta-themes and their context with Jonathon Flaum, director of the Institute and author of How the Red Wolf found its Howl: The Internal Journey to Leadership.

The discussion will center on how the five meta-themes found in The 100 Best Business Book of All Time are in touch with perennial human themes that trace its roots all the way back to the ancient world. Flaum and Sattersten will facilitate an audience discussion to explore the variety in which these themes take root and play out in our own contemporary lives. The event is $15.00 for members and $25.00 for non-members. The price of admission includes a signed copy of The 100 Best Business Books of All Time. To reserve a seat please call the WriteMind Institute 828-253-1733
