Asheville's Flat Iron Building, NYC junior
When Downtown Asheville North Carolina was designed, it was patterned after NYC... and we even have our own Flat Iron Building between none other than "Battery Park Avenue" and "Wall Street" Asheville. This is a landmark point in Asheville as it is packed out with so many little local shops and businesses. More like "Little New York City".

I love this building. The interior is beautiful.
Yes, they need to do some upfit on the upper levels. Hope so soon! Too much potential in that building being wasted.
