New Building Loses Tenants in Weaverville NC

Here is a new commercial building in Weaverville NC, right next to the Post Office, that is pretty much dead. You can see where they put tape over the businesses names. Walker Contracting from Oteen built this Coldwell Banker building.
Something awesome will end up going in that spot as soon as this market picks back up. No doubt. I am optimistic and excited about it.
